Sound Bath Sundays

Sink into stillness and let the soothing frequencies of crystal singing bowls, chimes, and Himalayan instruments guide you into deep relaxation. This 60-minute sound journey is designed to quiet the mind, release tension, and restore harmony to the body and spirit.

Sound healing uses vibration to bring the body back into balance — helping to reduce stress, calm the nervous system, improve sleep quality, and promote emotional release. As the sound waves move through you, they gently realign your energy and guide you into a meditative state where peace, clarity, and deep rest naturally unfold.

Simply arrive, settle in, and allow the sound to do the rest.

This Sound Journey follows our Restore & Reiki class (booked separately). You’re welcome to attend both. Please arrive early to settle in, with the option to enjoy complimentary tea before the Sound Bath.

Designed for beginners or those revisiting their handstand practice, this workshop is your step-by-step guide to building a safe, strong, and confident handstand from the ground up. We’ll break down alignment, key strength and mobility drills, and entry/exit techniques.

You’ll leave with a toolkit of exercises and a clear path forward — whether your goal is to kick up for the first time or simply feel more comfortable exploring inversions.

This class focuses on practical tools and strategies to implement during this time of transition through reflection and community.
