Join Michelle for the second Flow & Fuel Workshop, a special collaboration between Root & Bloom Nutrition and Happily Ever Yoga.

We’ll begin the evening with a 45-minute mindful yoga flow designed to gently get the body moving, build warmth, and bring awareness to the present moment. Through breath and movement, you’ll connect with your body and set the tone for a nourishing and intentional evening.

After our practice, we’ll transition mindfulness off the mat and onto our plates. Together, we’ll pour our mocktails, enjoy a thoughtfully prepared tasting menu, and dive into an engaging discussion on nutrition, mindful eating, and fueling busy, active lifestyles. Michelle, a Registered Dietitian and yoga instructor, will guide the conversation while highlighting a balanced, individualized approach to nourishment and overall wellness.

Throughout the experience, we’ll explore the health benefits and functional properties of the foods we’re enjoying, along with practical strategies for balanced nutrition and sustainable fueling habits.

Guests will enjoy a tasting experience featuring:
