Flow & Fuel Workshop

Join Michelle — one of our HEY yoga instructors and a Registered Dietitian — for a special evening of movement, nutrition, and community.
This unique workshop is a collaboration with another women-owned business Michelle founded — Root & Bloom Nutrition — bringing together mindful movement and practical nutrition guidance.
We’ll begin with a 45-minute gentle yoga flow designed to move the body, build warmth, and bring awareness to the present moment.
After our practice, we’ll transition into a nutrition workshop focused on mindful eating and fueling your body well. Michelle will share practical tips and education to help you build sustainable nutrition habits that support both body and mind.
During the workshop, guests will enjoy a small bites menu thoughtfully prepared to highlight nourishing ingredients while learning about the benefits of the foods being served.
Participants will also receive:
• Recipes for all featured menu items
• A digital meal planning guide
• Additional nutrition resources and tools for everyday wellness
There will also be time to connect, share, and enjoy the evening together in a relaxed community setting.
You’ll leave feeling energized, inspired, and equipped with practical tools to bring mindfulness into both your movement and your meals.
