  • A gentle, welcoming practice designed to promote relaxation and ease. This class features mostly seated and reclined movements with an emphasis on breath awareness, stretching, and mindful movement to release tension and support overall well-being. There are no vigorous flows or vinyasas, making it a calming practice. Props like bolsters, blocks, and straps are available for added comfort and support.

  • Relax and refresh with a series of held postures focused on stretching and mindful breathing. This class is designed to alleviate soreness, work on connective tissues, and give your mind a well-deserved break.

  • Yin/Restore Yoga combines deep stretching with full-body relaxation. The first half of class focuses on Yin Yoga, where poses are held for several minutes to gently target connective tissues, improving flexibility and joint mobility. The second half transitions into Restorative Yoga, using props to fully support the body in passive poses that encourage deep relaxation and stress relief.

    This class is ideal for anyone looking to increase mobility, release tension, and reset both body and mind.

  • Yogalates blends yoga and pilates, and can include high-intensity intervals to build core strength, improve balance, and boost flexibility. You’ll move through controlled exercises, guided breathing, and may use props like Pilates rings, weights, or bands. While it can be more advanced, this class is open to all levels. Modifications will be offered so you can practice at your own pace

    Chair Yoga is also great for businesses looking to offer movement and mindfulness to employees who sit most of the day. Typically offered virtually, with in-person sessions available by request.

  • A supportive space for those navigating loss. This class uses breath and movement to help process grief and emotions—allowing space for release without expectation. No yoga experience is needed, and it’s not about flexibility. Just show up as you are.

FAQs

  • Yoga mat, towel (especially for heated classes), and water. Mats and towels are available to rent in studio if needed. Dress in comfortable clothing. Come with an open mind :)

  • A friendly environment with an experienced instructor to guide you. Options for all levels and supportive classmates. An opportunity to stretch, reduce stress, enhance strength and flexibility. This is your journey - enjoy and listen to your body! Modifications will be offered.

  • Infrared heat warms objects and the body directly, rather than heating the air like traditional hot yoga. This creates a gentler, more comfortable warmth that helps muscles relax, increases circulation, and enhances flexibility - without the excessive humidity or stuffiness. Practicing yoga with infrared heat can support muscle recovery, reduce stress, promote detoxification through deep sweating, and provide a cleaner, more breathable environment.

  • This depends on your goals and preferences. Gentle, Foundations & Slow Flow are great options if you’re just getting started, but our classes are accessible to most as we offer options and modifications, allowing you to choose your intensity. View class description for recommended levels. You can also discuss your goals and experience level with our instructors or studio staff, and they can recommend a suitable class.

  • Absolutely! We offer yoga programs at our location or yours that are designed to align with the goals and requirements of each organization. Whether it be wellness initiatives for business or schools, stress relief for employees, improved focus for students, our customized packages can be tailored to your needs.

  • We offer virtual options for select classes, including Chair Yoga, Yoga for Grief and private sessions. Most of our schedule takes place in-studio. If you’re interested in joining virtually, just reach out - we’re happy to help find the right fit.

  • While many of our classes are heated with infrared heat, we have plenty of options that are non-heated. You will find the heat level listed in the class name/description so you always know what to expect. If it does not mention heat, that would mean it is a non-heated class.

  • Wear fitted clothing that covers your knees and underarms for comfort and safety. Please avoid zippers, buttons and jewelry of any kind - rings, earrings (even studs) watches - anything that could snag the fabric. If you have a belly-button ring please cover it with a bandage and clothing for protection. Please skip perfumes, scented lotions, cologne etc. before class. This can cling to the aerial fabric.
