There are no vigorous flows or vinyasas, making it a calming practice. Props like bolsters, blocks, and straps are available for added comfort and support.

Yin/Restore Yoga combines deep stretching with full-body relaxation. The first half of class focuses on Yin Yoga, where poses are held for several minutes to gently target connective tissues, improving flexibility and joint mobility. The second half transitions into Restorative Yoga, using props to fully support the body in passive poses that encourage deep relaxation and stress relief.
This class is ideal for anyone looking to increase mobility, release tension, and reset both body and mind.
