Join us for 90 minutes of deep relaxation combining Yin & Restorative Yoga, Reiki, and Sound Healing. Lindsey will guide you through gentle poses while Tasha offers hands-on Reiki to support emotional balance and energy release.
We’ll finish with a calming sound journey using crystal bowls, chimes, and more to help you relax and reset.
