Move With It

An 8-week hybrid program for anyone navigating loss.
Dates: Oct 1 - Nov 19, 2026
Come as you are. Move with what you carry. When Life Becomes a Before + After
Grief can change everything.
It can become the before and after.
You may still be showing up for your family, your work, your home, and everyone you love — while quietly carrying something heavy inside your own body.
This program was created for that place.
Not to fix your grief.
Not to force positivity.
But to help you breathe, move, feel supported and reconnect with yourself one week at a time.
Facilitated by Emily, owner of Happily Ever Yoga, certified grief yoga teacher, 500-hour registered yoga teacher and experienced movement educator. You Don’t “Get Over” Grief
you learn to breathe with it
Through meditation, breathwork, and nervous system support.
you learn to move with it
Through grief-informed yoga, somatic movement, mobility, and gentle strength.
you learn to carry it with support
Through reflection, community, and tools for the days grief feels heavy.
Movement does not fix grief. But it can give grief somewhere to go. Breath can create space. Community can remind you that you are not alone.

What Is Move With It?
Move With It is an 8-week online grief-informed movement + community program that blends yoga, meditation, breathwork, gentle strength, somatic movement, reflection, and support.
Each week, you’ll have a live community call, on-demand practices, guided reflection, and a private community to help you feel supported between sessions.
This is not a high-intensity fitness challenge. It is a supportive movement experience designed in waves — with space to strengthen, soften, breathe, restore, and meet your body honestly.
It is for the person who wants to feel more grounded, connected, supported, and strong while learning how to move with grief instead of feeling stuck in it.
Begins October | Limited to 10 participants

Why I Created This
I’m Emily, owner of Happily Ever Yoga, a certified grief yoga teacher, 500-hour registered yoga teacher, and experienced movement educator.
After losing my sister, Christy, life became a before and after.
In the heartbreak, movement became one of the places I could breathe, feel, release, and remember that my body was still carrying me.
Through my own grief, years of teaching yoga, and grief yoga training, the phrase “emotions need motion” deeply resonated with me.
That is the heart of this program.
Not because movement fixes grief. It does not. But because movement can give grief somewhere to go, breath can create space, community can remind us we are not alone, and gentle strength can help us keep showing up one day at a time.
